Sounds weird?! But TRUE!!

I was doing something to the newspaper in my kitchen when I saw an article about this fake cigarette.

An electronic cigarette (a.k.a e-cigarette) is a battery-powered device inhaled doses of nicotine by way of vaporized solution. This is the alternative to smoked tobacco products, such as cigarettes, cigars, or pipes. This is good news for reducing the lung cancer risk (and rate!).

In addition to purported nicotine delivery into the body, this vapour also provides a flavour and physical sensation similar to the real thing. Another good news to smokers and passive smoker, cos there is no smoked or combustion is actually involved.....meaning safe for babies and others (non-smokers) to inhale the clean air (maybe...).

As you can see from the earlier paragraph, I mentioned that it is BATTERY-POWERED. You might wonder what happen to the device if the battery is ran-out. Don’t worry; it’s rechargeable, so you can always have your cigarette whenever you want, wherever you want!

YUP!!! EVEN IF YOU WANT TO HAVE IT IN YOUR AIR-CONDITIONED OFFICE!! Just be careful not to be dragged out by the security. XD

Since I don’t smoke, and I never seen nor touch it (I mean looking and examine it), I don’t pretty much know about the inside of this device (except from articles). So below is the diagram of the structure of e-cigarette;

Japan takes vending machines to their logical

Time for us to admit another entrant into the hall of unnecessary, but cool inventions. Installed at Tokyo's Shinagawa Station yesterday, this latest spin on the vending machine dispenses with those silly windows unto what you're buying and furnishes its user with a 47-inch touch panel from which to make his (or her) selection. An embedded camera will recognize your gender and age, allowing the machine to recommend a beverage suitable to whatever stereotype is attached to your particular circumstances. And don't worry, it'll store your purchasing history too, so you can be freaked out by tailored ads every time you use it. 500 more of these WiMAX-equipped units are planned to be installed in and around Tokyo over the next two years, with operating company JR East expecting them to tally up 30 percent more sales than their analog brethren. More bling equals higher revenue? Sounds about right.

All you need to do is to touch the drink you want and pay with the ICcard
it takes you less than 4seconds to get the drink.
